💙 Frankie's Story: Why This Fund Exists
The Frankie Fund was born from heartbreak and hope. When Rachel lost her precious son Frankie, the devastating grief was compounded by an impossible financial burden. Like so many families, Rachel couldn't afford the funeral costs on her own and relied on the kindness of others to give Frankie the dignified farewell he deserved. Today, The Frankie Fund ensures no other parent faces that same crushing weight alone.

🏠 Serving Our Communities
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio and Rising Sun, Indiana, we serve families throughout Northern Kentucky, Southeastern Indiana, and the greater Cincinnati area who are facing the unthinkable. While these are our primary service areas, our goal is to become a nationwide charity to help families across the United States.

📈 Our Impact So Far
In our first 4 years, we've helped well over a dozen families in the Greater Cincinnati area with final expenses, giving away thousands of dollars in direct assistance. While our average payout is around $750 per family, in an ideal world we believe it should be $5,000 or more.
As of June 2025 we've paid more than $14,000 to funeral services to cover the costs.
Many families can't afford funeral services even with our help, and those who run their own fundraisers often face additional costs like lost wages during their grieving period. Our dream is to cover all funeral costs completely, allowing any additional funds families raise to help them through their immediate financial needs during this devastating time.
