We are grateful to share our 2025 Impact Report. Because of our donors, we were able to help more grieving families in the Greater Cincinnati area than ever before.
Our 2025 Impact by the Numbers
- More than $5,500 paid directly to funeral providers in 2025
- 11 families who lost a child received assistance
- $500 average assistance per family, paid to funeral homes and service providers in Cincinnati and surrounding areas
- $2,000 in assistance in November 2025 alone
Every dollar above was paid by The Henzi Foundation directly to funeral homes and service providers—not to families, so there is complete transparency for donors and one less burden for parents in their hardest moment.
In 2025 we took in less in donations than we paid out. We used reserves so we could help every family that came to us. We need your help to keep doing that in 2026—so we can say yes to the next family without hesitation.

What We Do—And What We Don't Do
Check our mission: We exist to provide financial relief to families or caregivers of children to assist with final expenses due to an unexpected loss. We pay funeral homes, obituary services, and other providers directly.

We do not use your donation for anything else. The Henzi family covers the foundation's operational expenses. 100% of your donation goes to funeral costs for families. Zero administrative fees. No portion of your gift pays for overhead, salaries, or marketing.
